Floy Conaster was born on October 19th, 1930 to Delbert and Effie in Oklahoma. After school, she became a homemaker. Floy was married to Jessie, and together they started a family, including their son Jay. During her life, she moved to live in Waldport, Oregon. On October 22nd, 2017 Floy passed away at the age of 87 years old.
