Timothy Mark Singleton

Timothy Mark Singleton, 77, of Yachats, Oregon, passed away on June 26, 2015. He was born on August 17, 1937 in Thermopolis, Wyoming to John and Iola Singleton. He went to Eastern Washington University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1979. At 17, he signed up to serve in the United States Navy. His service started in 1954 and ended in the year 1961 with an honorable discharge. Timothy was married on February 6th, 1960 to Betty Ackerman at Oak Harbor, Washington. After working for the Navy, Timothy worked for the USDA Forest Service and retired in 1995. He was active in the the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed collecting stamps, reading and he loved the ocean. 

Timothy is survived by his daughter Teresa and Jose Acosta, his daughter Tamara and Raymond Jenner, and his daughter- in- law Michelle Singleton. He is also survived by Johnanna Kautzman, who is his sister. He was preceeded in death by his son, Travis Singleton in 2010, his father John Singleton in 2004 and his mother Iola Singleton in 2005. 

There will be no services by his own request.
