Charles Ray Sanders

September 26, 1938 - April 1, 2019

Charles was born on September 26th, 1938 to Howard and Juanita Sanders in Casa Grande, Arizona. After high school, Charles became a tree trimmer for a utility company. Charles was married to Mary, and together they grew their family to include Cheryl, Charles, Gayla, Tammy, Greg and James. During his life, Charles moved to live in Yachats, Oregon. Charles had a love for creating works of Wood Art using the creativity of his mind. He is known for building a pirate ship in his own backyard and a water regulated mini Tug Boat. On April 1st, 2019 Charles passed away at 80 years old. 

Survived by his wife Mary Ellen Sanders and his children, Cheryl, Charles (Gene), Gayla, Tammy, Greg and James.

Celebration of Life Service will be April 27th, 2019 at 1pm at the Foursquare Church located at 480 N Bay Street, Waldport, Oregon 97394
