Richard Nasef was born on March 26th, 1922 in Los Angeles, California to Shiply and Delilah. After serving in combat in Hawaii, Richard was honorably discharged. After serving in the military, Richard went to college, and became a hospital administrator. Richard was married to Bettie, who passed on before him. During his life, Richard moved to live in Yachats, Oregon. At 97 years old, Richard passed away on June 12th, 2019.
