Robert Manning, age 58, died after a brief period of ill health on January 7, 2018 at his residence in Waldport, Oregon.

He was born in McMinnville, Oregon on March 12, 1958 to James and June Manning.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Cheryl.

Robert was the owner/Captain of the F/V Sea Lanes and the F/V Judy. He was a long time resident of Newport, Oregon, his home port.

He survived by 1st wife Robin Grogan, his wife of 17 years Barbara Manning, and extended family and friends.
