Scott Blackman was born on June 1st, 1938 to Everette and Laura in Waldport, Oregon. After high school, Scott served in the armed forces. He became a photographer after being honorably discharged. He was married to Sandra, and together they lived in Newport, Oregon. On July 3rd, 2018 Scott passed away at the age of 80 years old.
