Andrew Jack was born on May 15th, 1956 in San Diego, California to James and Joann. After high school, Andrew became a roofing contractor for both residential and commercial construction. Andrew was married to Colleen, and together they lived in Seal Rock, Oregon. On March 4th, 2018 Andrew passed away at the age of 61 years old.
