Calvin Stevens

Calvin Stevens November 27, 1934 – March 26, 2019

Calvin Stevens (84) passed away on March 26 in his home in South Beach, OR following a brief illness.

Born in Bristow, OK to Okley and Earl Stevens, the family moved to Sacramento, CA when he was six. As a young man, he worked on local farms and ranches, developing a special liking for horses that remained with him all his life.

After several years in the Air Force, Calvin moved onto civilian life with the Department of Defense. He transferred to Iowa and met and married his wife Vicki Walchak. When both Calvin and Vicki retired, they chose South Beach as their destination, where they have spent the past twenty years together.

Calvin is survived by his wife Vicki, stepson Jeffrey Walchak, and numerous cousins.
