Darla Kay (Prenevost) Haga

In Loving Memory 

Darla Prenevost/ Haga (Rich) died peacefully in Toledo, Oregon on June 1, 2016 at the age of 57.

Darla is survived by her two sons, Jeremy Prenevost of Springfield, Oregon and Jacob Haga of Eugene, Oregon; her brother, Tim Rich of North Bend, Oregon; and her sister, Cindy Smith of Toledo, Oregon. She is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Thompson of Toledo, Oregon and her father, Bill Rich of Lakeside, Oregon.  She was also preceded in death by her brother, Mike Rich of Lakeside, Oregon.

Darla was born on 9/8/1958 in Fairmont, Minnesota to Bill and Shirley. She went to Lowell High School. She married Bud Prenevost in 1977 and the two of them  welcomed Jeremy to their lives in 1978. Darla married Larry Haga in 1982 and the two of them welcomed Jacob to their lives in 1987. Her children remember her as someone who liked to have fun and loved her family. She loved her Squirtle, Jacob. And she had a passion for music! 

Darla worked as a bartender and homemaker throughout her life. She was a caring woman and was always willing to help others. She also enjoyed her time with her grandchildren, Jaymin, Serenity, and Jasper. 

There will be a Celebration of Life for Darla at a later date, to be determined.
