Doris Feltner was born on February 19th, 1920 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Eugene and Edna. After college, Doris became a secretary for an industrial pipe company. She had a family, including her daughter Janice. During her life, Doris moved to live in Newport, Oregon. On February 2nd, 2019 Doris passed away at the age of 98 years old.
