Duncan Campbell was born on August 13th, 1937 to Donald and Marguerite in Spencer, Iowa. He served in the armed forces and was honorably discharged. After going to college, Duncan became a power boiler operator for a pulp and paper mill. He was married to Maureen and together they lived in Waldport, Oregon. At 81 years old, Duncan passed away on July 2nd, 2019.
