Frances Stube was born on September 8th, 1929 in Sylvester, Georgia to Lucius and Lena. After high school, Frances became a homemaker. Frances married to Ronald, who passed on before her. Together Frances and Ronald had a family, including their daughter Donna. During her life, she moved to live in Toledo, Oregon. At the age of 88 years old, Frances passed away on April 6th, 2018.
