Gail was born February 1, 1949 in Toledo, Oregon to Nick and Mae Cosmus from Waldport, OR.
Gail married Robert L. Bliss on October 6, 1972 in their home in Eugene, OR.
While living in Eugene, Robert and Gail owned a bar, two restaurants, and a ranch. After moving to Seal Rock, they ran a brush cutting business known as Brush Control Management. Later in life Gail was self employed as a housekeeper. She enjoyed gardening and cooking.
Gail is survived by her son, Robert N. Bliss (Daria Roper) of Cottage Grove, OR; daughter Tiffany (Dustin) Sain of Eugene, OR; sister Pat (Ron) Flammang of Eugene, OR; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Gail is preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Bliss; father and mother Nick and Mae Cosmus of Waldport, OR.
