Harlan Quade was born on May 19, 1943 in Oregon City, Oregon to Brian and Odella. Harlan served in the United States Armed Forces, and received his bachelors degree. He worked in construction in commercial and residential construction. During his life, Harlan moved to live in Waldport, Oregon, where he lived for the rest of his life. On March 14th, 2018 Harlan passed away at the age of 74 years old.
