James Perry was born on July 31, 1949 in Clarksville, Texas to Leo and Arlene. After high school, James joined the U.S. Armed Forces. For his career, James became an auto parts manager in auto repair and servicing. James was married to Keta and together they lived in South Beach, Oregon. On February 19, 2022 James passed away at 72 years old.
