Judith Marie Bowser

Judith was born July 21, 1952 in Portland, Oregon. After attending some high school she married, had children and created a loving home for her family as a homemaker. Left to mourn is her beloved spouse Rusty along with many other family members and friends. On September 28th, 2016 Judith passed away surrounded by those she loved at her home in Otis, Oregon.
