Katherine M Howard was born on January 28th, 1949 in Othello, Washington to Clark and Marian. After college, Katherine worked in home healthcare. She had three sons, Stephen Howard, Joel and Greg Ringele. During her life, she moved to live in Newport, Oregon. Katherine loved to cook and bake. She followed her dream to live near the beach and moved to Newport, where she loved rock hunting and raising orchids. At 72 years old, Katherine passed away on March 1st, 2021. Katherine is survived by three sons, Stephen Howard, Joel and Greg Ringele.
