Mark Vinall was born to Rollin and Bettie on March 24th, 1950 to Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating from high school, he served in the armed forces working in general office for communications. He had a family, including his nephew Brad. During his life, Mark moved to Waldport, Oregon. At 69 years old, Mark passed away on September 27th, 2019.
