Michael Noel was born on January 27, 1962 in Topeka, Kansas to William and Patricia. After receiving his Bachelor's degree, Michael became an accountant. During his life, Michael moved to live in Waldport, Oregon where he lived for the rest of his life. On November 21, 2021 Michael passed away at the age of 59 years old.
