Richard Klontz was born on July 10th, 1939 in Chelan, Washington to Charles Klontz and Hazel Hargadine. He served in the armed forces during his life. Until death did them part, Richard was married to Cheryl, and they lived in Waldport, Oregon. At age 77, Richard passed away on September 25th, 2016.
There will be a celebration of life announced at a later date.
