Tommie Kaps was born in Elmcreek, Nebraska to John and Frances on July 8th, 1931. After serving in the Armed Forces, he became a clerk for retail. He had a family, including his daughter Pamela. During his life, Tommie moved to live in Siletz, Oregon, where he stayed for the rest of his life. On December 20th, 2019 Tommie passed away at the age of 88 years old.
