Troy Howard was born on March 19, 1979 in Corvallis, Oregon to Leonard and Karen. After college, Troy became a fisherman for his career. During his life, Troy moved to live in Toledo, Oregon which he made his home. On May 17, 2023 Troy passed away at 44 years old.
