William Hillegas was born on February 25, 1934 to Chester and Conseula in Fresno, California. After high school, he served in the U.S Armed Forces. For his career, William became a Navy cook. William was married to Norma, and together they had a family. During his life, William moved to Waldport, Oregon. On July 21, 2021 William passed away at 87 years old. William is preceded in death by his wife Norma. He is survived by his son Mikell.
