I felt lucky to have even meet you when I was a teenager. Take a special person to be a foster parent to a rebellious teenager. You were an awesome foster dad. I always looked up to you. I love you sending my love to the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Harvey for several years and I've thought of him many times during my own career. He was one of the best law enforcement officers that I have ever met or worked with. He will be greatly missed.
