I worked with Bill in the late 80's - early 90's. He was always so nice and generous. He took me out fishing once, along with some other co-workers and we had a blast catching black sea bass! My sympathies to Velva and family.

I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was such a kind person. I clearly remember his smile from working with him in Waldport. My condolences to his family. HUGS to Velva.
